These are my lawn guys and I’ve been using Martin since Daniel was a very small boy. They are exactly like they seem - very kind and humble and extremely hard working. I’m so happy to see them develop this channel and such a great following. They deserve it!!

Liked the idea of using the mower to help blow off the excess buildup on the driveway. Sounds like your work will have a lot of benefits. It will cheer the neighborhood and perhaps relieve some tensions from the heirs. It is also a memorial, to the parents who passed. Clearing the driveway, a large area, recovered a large amount of space. It is nice to hear when neighbors tried to volunteer help. Those are pretty good looking trees there. With your nice finish, that should look well. Under Landscape Archeology, the driveway, walkways, patio were refound. Under Restoration, the tree limbs removed, lawn edged and mowed and the form is back. Good teamwork throughout. And, despite the sun heading down, you didn't back off and did the backyard as well.

You have a feeling? Lol ok… What does mowing the front and backyard lawn have to do with fighting over this home? Why even sound judgmental to people you don’t know and about this house? Just because the people are fighting over this house, doesn’t mean they can’t keep the yard well kept just like these two did. Lol.. That has nothing to do with fighting over a home and a yard. I’m pretty sure they would do a great job, too, since it has zero to do with them fighting for this home. Lol..And whoever gets this home, they’ll take care of it. These two always do a great job, I appreciate who they are. You don’t need to have a negative feeling. I’m sure the new homeowners will make sure to take care of their home and yard. Isn’t that fantastic?! Lol

Kids fighting over a home when the parents die....always one wants the home for free and the other wants to sell it or have the sibling pay for half. The one child wont pay the other sibling....which is crazy....one always wants everything. But good work like usual on the clean up.
As a results from the “kids” juvenile behavior, the home will crumble with neglect and they both will have nothing. Stupid decisions bring stupid results. Nice going kiddos.
Too bad as it looks like a great neighborhood.

We don't all know the back story to this. But I do know this, my father died, then five years later my mother passed away as well. My Mom did not stay with my father's wishes, and she redirected everything. So instead of it being all set and done, it started a fight and I have a brother, and his son that if I ever see again, it would be too soon. They financially abused my parents. And neither one stepped in to help as my parents got older and less able to care for their place. But they were both there with their hands out when it came time to split up the estate. This was not what my father wanted, but my mom changed everything, and it caused a huge riff throughout the family. What my mom did was legal, but it was morally wrong. And she was also chemically out of balance at the end of her life. But the estate wasn't really high enough in value to take it to court. So, it went the way my mom wished, and it's split the family up really good. And left one of my siblings very hurt over it all. She was completely cut out of EVERYTHING. For no reason. I tried to make it right for her, the best I could. But I cannot take away her hurt feelings. Those are forever.
@@coldblue9mm I didnt mean it could only be the scenario i said. Just that scenario i have seen alot when homes are paid off and involved. But with your case, it is sad to see favorites happen but it does happen.
@@EternallyGod Yep, good ol mom took care of her youngest child, my kid brother and his son (her grandson) and stiffed my sister. So those two no longer exist to me. And I'm not missing them at all.

I’ll NEVER understand how people are willing to give up this kind of money just so the other family member gets nothing!?!? If u don’t want/need the money, donate it. The bank is going to make a nice profit 🙃
They could do it up and rent it out or do it up and sell it. I'm not sure why they need to make things difficult. It is sad that the parents did not discuss with their kids what they would like to see happen to the house after they passed. Given how many people are homeless, this situation is ridiculous in my mind! The bank will win.
