Wow, the clean up made the sidewalk and curb look better than anyone elses in the neighborhood. Kind of sad to know this empty lot probablyhad a home on it at one time. So much history gone. Great, fantastic work.

The people living there should all meet, with their mowers one day a week and mow that area as a group. Everything would get done quickly. After all, that is the entrance way into their neighborhood. Community pride.
What a difference just cutting the tree branches made! If I lived there and was paying an HOA fee for landscaping, I'd be 'on' the board members pretty quick to get that remedied. You two 'saved' them, for now. ...have given them a good start on keeping that entrance respectable 🙂

This was a pleasant surprise. Often I see these makeovers and the turf underneath is so ridden with weeds that after the cut it looks like a webway of dirt & weed veins which makes it look so bad it should have never been cut in the first place.
Yes we all know what a hardship it would have been for that speeding car to slow down and just drive around you while you were stopped in the road for 30 seconds 😮😅. I’m just glad you weren’t hurt. Some people should not be behind the wheel
So much more pedestrian friendly and looks much better also. Do you know who is responsible for the upkeep? HOA or city or county? You would think someone would be, especially to maintain the curb cut for wheelchair access. Great job guys.
"Deed-Restricted Community" means that there's an HOA (Homeowner's ASSociation) involved. You'll be giving up some or many of your rights, according to the whim of the ASSociation, so be aware. Some of their "Rules" can be very arbitrary and capricious. I once worked for an HOA, and when I heard some of their "rules", I decided that they didn't need my services that badly. PS - Excellent job, guys!
It's so strange to me how many people complain about HOAs. It's not like it's a surprise they spring on buyers after they buy a property. They know what they're getting in advance and make that choice. As for working for the HOA, again it comes down to choice and you made yours.
I think I may have mentioned this in another of your videos, but I wish you would try pruning shears or what's called loppers when cutting tree limbs instead of a machete. It's so much easier, less effort, less damage to the tree, and quicker. ❤ 😊
