Mindfulness practices eating well speaking the language of love has all come from developing the mind with awesome material like this I totally appreciate this book I've gone through it six times in the audiobook while I drive tractors at work 12 hours a day. This book is an amazing journey in the progress of mind creating a better future for the individual who practices developing oneself amazing material straight facts. The most awesome thing about it is I'm already in the current practice of a lot of these ideas however it was interesting to know that I'm on the right path. My father is have a mental illness..its really hard..because all he want and mission to us ..is our life became meserable..many people dont believed and understand our situation..because our father is nice to others..and he is always have lie story to other people..that we are bad children..until now we have our own life..he still always bring us down..our mother is weak woman..she cant stand for us..its really hard have a father like him..but we always ask and pray to God and Universe..That man is removed to our life..and he change is bad attitude mental and spirit.
