I a looking to order the 12 pack for a commercial sized storage unit to do a few hundred feet of a repair. Would love to use your guys product. Just want to see what the crack looks like today after the repair made.

    After grinding out the crack in the concrete, can backer rod be used with, or in place of the silica sand, to fill in large gaps?? Also, do you have another product for larger cracks where small chunks of concrete are missing, or would mortar or hydraulic cement work best for those areas??

      @@LeggariProducts why wouldn’t you want the epoxy to go into the crack if it’s not going into the crack you’re not repairing the crack just putting sand in it and going over the top. Why not fill in the crack totally repair it and cut a relief joint if you think it’s going to keep moving? We do stamped overlays and we fill the crack all the way in to totally repair it I just feel like if you’re just going on the surface there the cracks going to keep moving and it’s gonna crack the Apoxsee if it’s not anchored into the crack or if water gets into it it can just pop off,but you are indoors. Some guys use Bondo resin, have you tried that?

    I added this comment on the Vimeo post of this video, but figured I'd post it here too.
    So, what's the benefit of this versus the patcher paste? And which would you recommend more? I have a 2-car garage that I'm going to be doing epoxy on and there are typical cracks in the surface, along with it having a small expansion slot across the middle(and top to bottom). I've watched videos on both the patcher paste and this method now, both appear perfectly viable. Just curious if there's distinct reasoning between the two, or if it's a matter of personal preference for ease of application (this one looks pretty simple, while the patcher paste definitely takes a bit more work overall). Thoughts? Thanks for the time/input!

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  2 года назад +3

      This is a fast set, so you can fill and grind within 15 to 20 min whereas the patcher paste takes 6 hr to be tack-free and usually 24 hr to be grindable
