- In the video I am in Medellin Colombia in the Botanical Gardens (Jardin Botanico). It was really crowded and I also wanted to be able to zoom, so I only used my camcorder mounted to a small tripod. This is video 1 of 2.

Richard's World Traveller I recomend for you to walk just walk walk walk no talk no edit no cuts in the style of Keezi Walks another youtuber....his walks tend to last 1 hr each....other than that thank you for building bridges not walls with Latin America!
Yeah, I watched his videos and was surprised by how his channel and how good his videos have done. I used to walk and not talk, then people told me I need to talk. If it doesn't rain tomorrow I will have a long video of walking around Bogota, and I won't talk and and see how those videos do. I actually recorded 3 videos in Bogota today, but I was talking in that video. Sometimes I don't want to talk, so I talk in the beginning and the end, not the middle. I'll record some video tomorrow with no talking and see how those videos do.
Juan Carlos, I don't understand your point on why Richard should not communicate in his videos and just walking for hours. It's good to get Richards input on different cities and adding his personality to his videos as well keeping videos natural. It's not like he has a 20min commentary throughout the whole video, then I would agree with you. Without communication, what distinguish this channel to the many other RUclipsrs who says nothing on there walks around cities?
Shane Danster you got it wrong because every youtube video I watch its nothing but talking heads hardly any vídeos of non talking ones.. . I suppose he could have a mix of boths the guy I mentioned as an example I watch his vídeos for an hour and he takes you on a virtual Tour....you want to see más hear the city you want to submerge in it ....most facts that people mention can ve subjective just plain or even wrong but the beauty of video is that there is no need to talk cuz the facts are right in front of you...but thats human nature everyone has a different opinion
juan carlos, I respect what your saying, but I'm sure he said like 10 words in a video around 20mins.. it's hardly a lot and I would prefer to hear his opinion as well forming my own opinion on a city that I have never been through a RUclips video.
Hopefully Richard continues to do both style of videos.

This is great work! I like this video. You are showing the cultural live of the average Colombian. Let me suggest that you create a series of videos where you present the educational system of Colombia. I'm sure that people like me want to see it. Starting from kindergarten, to primary and secondary school, to college and/or university. Show school paths for the poor, the average class and the rich. If you can visit some of these schools, it would make the video even more interesting. We want to learn as much as possible about Colombian society.

I'm in Bogota now. I still have a couple videos of Medellin to make and upload. Also, it isn't good for a RUclipsr to release every video they have at the same time. I have part 2 of this video already uploaded, but I'll publish it tomorrow. And I have another video of Parque Lleras for me to make and upload. Tonight I'll start uploading some walking around Bogota videos.
If you was still in medellin I was going to ask to meet up with you. Im here until Saturday then off to Cartagena for a few days then back to medellin.
Richard, how tall are you and how do you compare with Colombians height wise? Also, have you noticed Colombians women to respond better to taller men or it doesn't really matter?
