@@millo7295 I'm in Australia. Sydney, I literally never seen a person got arrested from a Toy Gun. If it has a Orange or Red tip on the front of the barrel on the gun, It's a fake. But I do know that one news story that some guy painted a real gun to match the colour of a nerf gun, and basically made a fake nerf gun shell over it so it looks like a Harmless Nerf gun... But with real bullets.
I'm in Sydney, but Idk what part of Australia this happened.
Also, Don't forget when making those prop guns, Make Orange tips or paint them on Guns in case when you are getting questioned.

I'd absolutely love to see a guide for the Halo 2 iconic Battle Rifle if you are looking for suggestions, I've been making one from the XPS foam like your other weapons, but I've found it to be a LOT harder as the foam is not very forgiving or flexible to your needs.

Thanks Soren, Thats excellent you gave the Marine a go! Glad your smg turned out well =D Yes a battlerifle would be perfect. XPS foam is excellent but yes is unforgiving. Hence why ive jumped to EVA as its easier for beginners =)

This is actually so well done for a tutorial! And I'm sure I'll be able to apply this video to your other templates! Question, have you ever attempted to add a unique skin to your props? I'm thinking along the lines of the Sharktooth Grin from Halo 5. How difficult is that?
Thank you =) I find showing every step is the best way to teach. May take longer but the most efficient. I have not no. Usually always stuck to the default skin, but keen to try some =D

I have a question... I'm doing a project, and think it would be very beneficial to paint certain parts before gluing them into the main part. Would you recommend this, or would the paint crack with the pressure of being slightly bent into place?

+Lo Da That is actually not styrofoam. The one with the "balls" is polystyrene and they are completely different. Some shops label their polystyrene styrofoam for no good reason though.
I'm gonna need more foam before I begin cause that is a lot of foam to cut and such and a load of free time. I also have a question: what prop would you (Andrew DFT) consider would be the hardest for beginners(10/10)?

is anyone else getting any trouble trying to print the pdf the pdf says there is 8 pages but when I try to print it says there are 24 and it then prints half of say page 3 but does it on every page.

given that you asked that 3 months ago, I believe you have found the answer by now. Hiw thick is it? in my city I didn't find any foam of that kind thicker than 8mm, but I can still search if needed

Is there a way to change the templates to letter size?
Letter as in paper size? Id assume if you select letter size in printer it should scale the page
Thank you for noticing my question. My printer just prints and cuts the 'extra' lines off. It doesn't scale the template. For instance, if I tried to print a 'T' scaled to a4 paper on a sheet of letter paper, the printer will cut the top off and print an 'I'. If there is a pepakura template for this, I would just resize it on there, but I don't know how to edit it with my resources.
