It's common to 'throw deuces' like that here in the states. As I understand it, that's considered offensive in the EU. Europeans say the way Churchill did it (fingerprint side out) is the proper way.

If you noice all the ambulance have license plates to match the ambulance number look closely at ambulance 7 read the license plate number
