However, I feel like if you introduced a character and you kept said Character for three games in a row, it just feels weird not seeing them.
Also I feel they should make a Star Fox game similar to Assault but with online multiplayer, bigger maps, and allow free flight instead of being a rail shooter.

Despite this game isn't selling well i'm glad it's found success on the switch. I hope ubisoft collaborate more with nintendo IPs

Well, Star Fox was the only part of Starlink with any real value, so I guess the fact that they're putting more of that in there might make this worth checking out.

To bad the whole "Toys to life" didn't work out well with that Game. It's still a good Starfox Game.
There's a digital edition which has everything already on the game which should be re-released as the standard edition cuz the toys lost ubisoft a lot of money

@@Azrael_Equinox I mean, you can play without the toys, I bought the digital version and it came with like 6 or 5 pilots, 4 ships and a bunch of weapons and I never have to touch any toy to play it.
This amazing game just got better. Love it, especially the star fox related content.
Wish we'd finally get a standalone Star Fox game after this.
I still think that we will get an actual Starfox game in the future on the Switch. Hopefully Nintendo will entrust the team behind Starlink from Ubisoft to make an actual Starfox gane with the gameplay mechanics like Starlink(minus the toys of course) and be an open world space exploration action game set in the Lylat System with your choice of characters to choose from Fox, Falco, Slippy, Peppy, Miyu, Fay, Krystal and hopefully Wolf and his team.

I agree starlink was a great game I hope that we see more like this I just hope for the next one they back off on the toy merchandise I think that's a really what brings this game down for people not understanding how much that you can buy the digital version or go out and buy the toys also I don't think people really want to go out and buy what should be in the game
uh this is already it, it IS an open world game which u can play exclusively as Fox. It's just not actually called StarFox, but this is exactly what you just mentioned lol. Get it, it's a freaking amazing and super underrated game

I never played any star fox game before and I am not a star fox fan. I honestly enjoyed this game without being biased by the star fox hype. What a nice update and I am so happy to see that they still put love and effort into this game.

I wonder if there will be any more updates I personally think that that being able to use the outlaw hideouts and abandoned transports. I think a way to use the outlaw hideouts is during a special attack on atlas where the outlaw hideouts are repaired using a good amount of electrum and are battleships then but can't be used against dreadnoughts because it would use to much fuel. The special attack is basically a danger that won't happen much at all but it has enough power to take out 10 dreadnoughts. The transports can be used to transport and or store electrum, mods, and nova for ally use.
Its about time. Starlink wasnt that bad...time to redownload it.

I dont mind if Ubisoft makes the next starfox game and they include starlink characters to aid u in certain missions/levels with the toys to life being optional
It looks cool, but they added a racing mode and didn't throw in Captain Falcon? Kind of a missed opportunity, honestly.
It would've made sense too seeing as Captain Falcon is race pilot as well as a bounty hunter.

I just want a new real Star Fox game. We all do. I want Adventure 2 no matter how flawed the first game is. I want a Assault 2 because the first one was effing awesome! With Switch it should be easy to sell!! Assuming those games wouldn't be horrendous.

This game is like 15£ and is the best "Star Fox game" in YEARS.... oh yeah is worth it!!
I bought the game for starfox, much to my surprise the game itself is really fun. If they didn't have starfox it'd probably be a hidden gem. You can get the game digitally, so no need to buy the toys if you don't want to. I think it's worth checking this game out, especially with them expanding it. Plus now you get to play as all the Starfox team members!

Right after I finish Warframe's story, Bastion, and Transistor; there are so many games vying for my time and I'm just one person.
I feel you, and with the Switch being portable I ended up splurging because "I'll finish them all pretty quick since I can play anywhere." That didnt happen and now my backlog is huge.
@@Kerrag3 Yeah, I feel a little sorry for some developers sine one can come up to a very good, long game. I know RPGs do this on purpose, but yeah. I have a massive backlog beyond the three I mentioned.

That's why I bought the digital deluxe version. $40 for every pilot, ship, and weapon except the retail exclusives. The toys looked cool, but I didn't want to spend over a $100 bucks collecting them all
If you can't make a Starfox then let's get a Starwolf game and play as the bad guys. Plus make it like Starfox mix with Dark Souls & Legend of Zelda gameplay style and I mean wolfs team can fly, fight on ground & underwater missions. Have the game start before they meet Andros &
Starwolf joins him and have Fox McClouds father be the reason he lost eye and how he becomes so evil 😎.
Nintendo have Ubisoft make the game because you would get great graphics and a awesome storyline & gameplay. I hope everyone agrees on this statement.

Just think thus racing dlc. Coulda been put to the full star fox racer rumor... Which probably would have been better. But nice to see there's more coming to it. Ill get around to finishing the game eventually.
