Now back to normal operation. Have no idea, why the PS4 was suddenly stuck in the DUALSHOCK Screen, as there were no installs or changes. May be it got corrupted while automatically trying to install the latest update 11.02.

I did it I was unable to login bc no controllers worked and not even the remote play could help bc its been so long. But I used a playstation 4 charger and a regular basic charger and "data transfer charger" is actually a thing.
I got a used ps4 with an astro controller. It worked at first but then I initialized it bc I didn't want someone else's name and info on it. When i turned back on I was stuck on this same blue screen. It seems to only want a dual shock 4. Although the Astro works in safe mode the ps button doesn't work on the blue screen.
I just tried all my cables that came with the ps4 and none of them worked, my controller kept blinking yellow/orange and then shut off. I thought all those things were the same.
See at the back of controller there will be a tiny that's a reset button insert a paper clip in that hole after turning on the controller. Problem fixed
If anyone still has this problem, just go to safe mode, connect with any cable, then restart with the cable still in. Then turn your controller on, it’s an easier way

@@ruisilva792 You should rebuild the database, go back to safe mode, reconnect the controller with the wire. If that doesn't work then the problem is your cable and you need a data transfering cable, so your console reads the controllers connection instead of only charging it
