No Start Toro Power Max 726OE Snowblower. I guess I got lucky?

A couple of years ago I had a snow chute problem...well a big hole really... with the snow blower so I stopped using it. Last season when I tried to start it, it would not run. So two years later I decide to pull it out of it's forest grave and see if I can get it running again. Have you seen the prices of new ones these days? Well it turns out I really do...noting to it to get it running again. I'm really don't understand why but sometimes we are lucky I guess?
