    Me and my husband just recently started watching your blogs and get really inspired by them.
    We are also planning to move to Turkey, Antalya by the end of year.
    Currently we are searching for work visa option. Right now we both are freelancing, my husband is content writer and I am graphic designer. So my question is that, can we come to Turkey on visit visa and apply there work visa. Or should we have the work permit before arriving there? Can we take our parent with us on the first go.
    I will be very grateful for any help or guidance you can do offer.

    JazakAllah, very informative. Quick question - have you guys had to pick up Turkish? When you go to stores, are all of the signs in Turkish or can you get around with English in big cities (like Antalya, Istanbul, Ankara, etc)?

    • @MahnoZain
      @MahnoZain  Год назад

      99% of the time, you can get by without knowing any Turkish, especially in these big cities. But if you want to bargain, ask directions, talk to a local street vendor and all that jazz, then a little Turkish wouldn't hurt. I suggest keeping Google Translate handy for such scenarios.
      We took some Turkish lessons when we got here, and now we can hold a conversation at the very least. Only if the conversation isn't too complicated. 😅
