Hi Baozarr I'm a Turkiye burslari scholarship winner. I'm from Nigeria, i wasn't able to certify my medical report at the embassy because of financial constraints but i had my educational documents certified. Though,i certified the medical report at the ministry of foreign affairs. Will they need the certified medical report at Turkiye for university registration? If yes, hope i can still certify it at Turkiye
Yes you can but your parent has to write a sponsorship letter to the embassy saying they are sponsoring your study stay in Turkey. Check online for samples of such letters

Hi, Actually it isn't explicitly stated that it covers visa costs but we didn't pay a dime for visa when we applied. So I think they don't take fees for Turkiye Burslari students

Hi Chamberline, you do not need to certify your medical reports. Just make sure the medical report is from a good hospital

No there are currently no penalties for leaving as far as I know
