Salam... just wanted to confirm if we need to get degrees attested from embassy back home? or attestation from higher education commission and ministry of foreign affairs is enough?

Hi boazar, how r u doing, i applied for both Turkiye burslari and Turkey-isdb joint scholarship programs. Turkiye burslari invited some students from my country for an interview, but i didn't get anything so Are Turkiye burslari and Turkey isdb joint scholarship separate or are they one and are their processes same like interview. I am applying for my master's program. I have not done any publication and research work in my bachelor's, but I write a letter of intent and also cover my research direction. For this, I read different research papers and mostly reviewed Turkish professors and also discussed problems that Turkey faces in and its cure my subject. However, I am stuck at the literature review. I don't know how to cover this part of the letter of intent.
Please guide me regarding this.

which university is best for studing computer science , how is DOKUZ EYLUL UNIVESITY for studing computer science
Hacettepe, METU and Gazi are arguably the best for Computer Engineering. I am not sure about Dokuz Eylul. It may not be among the top 10 but it isn't bad either

Can i just advice you,if you don’t have enough funds for study or can not get the support you need just do your studies in your country,here you deal with immigration,university and residency all at once and try doing that with a language barrier since no one speaks english here,all in short don’t come to Turkey.
