I'm here today with a spicy, sour Sea Snail dish!
In this hot weather, turning on the gas and boiling the noodles will make the house too hot, right?
So, I made Sea Snail Salad Bibimbap.
If you want to eat with noodles,
you can remove the rice and add the noodles.
You can use white rice, brown rice, or soy rice.
I mixed it with soy rice.

5 Lettuce leaves
Canned sea snail 300g
A bowl of rice
3 tbsp Red pepper powder
1 tbsp red pepper paste
1 tbsp stir-fried sesame seeds
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oligo syrup
2 tbsp sesame oil
1. Separate the sea snail soup from the sea snail. Don't throw away the soup.
2. Eat lettuce and cut it into good size.
3. Mix sea snail soup, red pepper powder, red pepper paste, roasted sesame, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oligo syrup, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
4. Mix the sea snail and lettuce in the prepared sauce.
5. Put the finished Spicy Sea Snail Salad on the rice and sprinkle it with the stir-fried sesame seeds.
