Hi, Kristen! Thanks for these - all the air fryers come with elaborate recipes but nothing simple. You've shown us what everybody wants to try right off the bat. Great video!
Great ideas. I did end up getting an air fryer. I got the cosori 6 at. The day I got it I fixed chicken thighs and fries ... Fabulous. I fixed bacon in it yesterday morning.. Everyone was super impressed. Actually a struggle for the last piece. I love it and very happy with my choice. Love your recipes. Plan to try them all. Right now air fryer is my best friend.
Well I did it and ordered an air fryer. So I'm looking forward to lots of fun recipes. I ordered the Cosori 5.8. Very excited to try Coconut Shrimp and salmon.
Stephanie Sosna- So how are you doing a year later?? I just ordered a 5.8 air fryer and already have an Instant Pot. The IP steams, but I wanted the air fryer for crisp breaded fish and pork chops and definitely coconut shrimp! These two appliances will keep my kitchen cooler and hopefully make my life a big easier ~ Diane
Hot dogs are great in the air fryer. I also make bagel pizzas sometimes, too. They're so good! I like the everything bagel, with sauce and cheese. But one thing I didn't like was the outside of the bagel didn't get crispy. So last time I tried toasting it in my toaster first, then air fried the pizza, and it was so much better!
You look like my sister's twin ! But I love your recipees ! I did not know so many foods could be cooked in my air fryer. It sat in the box for such a long time. Now i want to keep it on my counter 24/7 ! Especially when its hot in the summer. I can even cook with it down my basement to keep my kitchen & home cool ! Thanks so much. I have written down many of your recipes as I could, maybe, 19 of them ! I am the chief cook & bottle washer (old Navy phrase) here ! My wife is going to flip when she hears and tastes all of these yummy foods ! I am retied and she still works, so I am Mr. Mom ! I love good food and cooking is fun for me. ( My French Gramma used to let me stir the food when I was 5 years old standing on a chair ) ! My sweetie (wife) always walks in the door and says "something smells really good " ! It makes me smile to please her after she works hard all day ! Thanks so much, you rock baby !
I didn't have much experience with my air fryer (Instant Pot Multi) and it helped me understand a lot better when I saw an article saying it's basically a convection oven.
All of these recipes look easy and delicious. Mmm so good. Thank you so much for the ideas and also thank you very much for having your hair pulled back.
@@SophieMia806 I would prob just play around with it. I saw someone else use a totally diff time and temp for bacon and I made bacon last night using their directions and it worked out just fine.
@@dianasimplifies ...I've made bacon once in the air fryer, and it came out good. I had found the directions online. I have the same air fryer and would love tips on how to clean it thoroughly. I tend to get that sticky grease residue that won't come off with soaking or scrubbing. Plus, getting all surfaces in the basket clean (all the slats) is a pain!
Question...Does it matter what type of steak is used for the steak bites? I don't know the different types/cuts, because I rarely buy steak. What would be a more tender piece to use for this, please? Thank you.
@@dianasimplifies ...Thank you! I bought a couple of different types of steaks the other day (cheaper ones, and smaller portions), and thought I'd try them both, but maybe at different times. I don't remember which cuts I got, though.
Do you think you need an air fryer and an air fryer lid for your Insta pot? I’m debating getting the lid and getting rid of my air fryer. Just thought I would ask. Thank you
I always add my oil to a polythene bag and add the oil first then shake it to cover the broccoli and then add the garlic salt as it sticks better! I only add 1tsp, which is such low fat it’s unbelievable!
@@MimiNwabuokuMD I also line the bottom with foil, helps a lot. My chalage is the top element. Just after use I flip the unit and wipe down the grid area but difficalt to get in between electrical element and casing.

I use this as my primary oven/air fryer ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . I've been using it very regularly for over a year without any issues, it still works perfectly. I can get a 9x13 cake pan inside but not if it has handles (like glass pyrex). I applied tin foil to the solid cooking sheet that came with the air fryer to keep the clean up easier and to keep food from dripping onto the bottom heating elements. Cleaning isn't super easy but it is as is expected. I haven't used the rotisserie yet, so I can't speak to that. The air fryer function is great. I have noticed that the oven function runs about 25% hotter than the targeted temp that is input. The size is great for warming food up and small portions. For my daily use it works great.
Yes. Mine doesn't, either. I have an analog air fryer, and can still make these kinds of things. Although out of these, I've only ever done the hot dogs. But you just set your timer and temperature for the same as in her video, and you shouldbe good. If making something for the firsttime, maybe set the timer for a lite under, just to make sure it doesn't overcook, because you can always cook it for longer, until it's done. I google a lot of recipes, too, if I'm looking for something specific, and read a few different recipes/blogs to see how they compare, and then choose the one that seems the easiest. Lol
