First what commes to my mind, is graphic card driver. You can also search in google what could be the cause. 👋

Will the "Fully clean the drive" option clears everything in my laptop like all the drives (in this case I have C drive and D drive) ?
If not how can I completely restart the laptop to its factory settings when I first bought it? Cause I'm experiencing the performance being worse than when I first bought it

Does the option to "local reinstall windows" mean I don't have to put in a USB to store windows in it? And just directly reset the pc? I just found out I'm hacked and need to do this asap but don't have USB.

QUICK TIP: While installing windows, IF U DONT WANT BLOATWARE, when selecting the region make sure to press World. In a nutshell the reason why to click world is bc different countries have rules what apps are allowed on pcs.

I tried to do this but after the reset a window popped up saying it can’t install windows and asks me to click ok to try again and it just keeps rebooting. Any ideas?

Go in device manager and check which graphic card do you have. Type model in Google and install latest driver. 😁
