If all the other buttons work, then my conclusion is a problem with the keyboard. Shall mean the 0 button has a problem. The Star has a changeable memory. When buying a new Star you can take the memory module any use it 1:1 in a new. No need to re-programm or lose your settings.
If you got already the -433 version... You need remote TX4UNIF or TX4UNIS. If you have a USA or ASIA version it is not called -433 and you need different remotes. The video is old. This product is now called STAR1000 .

The radio frequency is fixed by the radio module used. What radio module is used is by type. My Star was 433 MHz but US product can be also 315 or 390 MHz.

Take the keypad turn it around, read the model number, search for same part number on the net or website Liftmaster.
