Your GSL facts are NOT quite accurate or sequential. But as a summary …..it was educational and interesting. They had purchased and already developed the acreage well before selling their house in Washington. They had a water well drilled, pole barn already built and vegetable/fruit orchard fenced in BEFORE selling and leaving Washington.
