I’ve always used paper clips. Large plant, large clip, etc. Bend them open so only one loop of clip goes over plant and the rest will go deep in the flower pot.
I love plants and flowers inside and outside. You can root some outside things by pulling a branch to the ground and laying a brick on it. Kinda the same technique.

I came to this video after watching a more recent one of yours, and it's funny to see that you've now debunked the rotating and annual repotting points. I'm starting out and have been developing a sense about my plants. I have a few adjustments I need to do now after watching some of your videos, but I really thank you for all of this information. Even when you later debunk or correct yourself, I love it, because it shows you are learning and growing, and that you are open to different ideas from what you've been previously taught. Great job!
