      it's not a form/style of martial arts... it's a slightly modified (if that) martial arts 'drill' called hubud lubud (fast hands drill and/or empty hands drill). it's used in MANY forms/styles (in predominantly Asia/SEAsia?) like... the afore mentioned forms (Kali, Wing Chun), but also other art forms like Panantukan, Jeet Kune Do, Krav Maga and MANY others. if i'm not mistaken... :-)
