  • With this Killer 25-minute LOWER BODY home workout, you can burn fat and calories, gain strength and confidence, and feel and look your best!
    You will need a variety of dumbbells, a bench or chair, a mat, a small resistance band, and a water bottle. Focus on your form and maintain a nice, controlled pace!
    The structure of this workout is as follows: Warm-Up link included below
    Work: 40 seconds
    Rest: 20 seconds
    Exercises: 6 Lower Body exercises and a 2-exercise finisher
    Finisher: Short cool-down stretch
