I struggled for a very long time to get over my old habits. I was so unorganized, indisciplined, couldn't stick to my planning, no idea where I was heading with my preparation. Then came a turning point, where I realised how much I was invested in other things and not giving a thought about myself. I realised I've been doing everything wrong right from the beginning. I sat down for a while and wrote on my journal about what kind of a woman I want to be. I got my answers. I laid down some principles for myself and tried to follow them no matter what. Initially it was tough but I didn't stop trying. So after a couple of weeks, I noticed the changes and even shocked at myself seeing how I had managed to come this far. I kept up with it, slowly added new targets and habits one by one. Currently I manage to achieve at least 80% of the targets and I'm fine with it. This gives me a sense of victory that I've the control of my life. Then I started a new habit of reading books. I started reading Dr. APJ Kalam's books to get some motivation, the books are helping me a lot in shaping my dreams. I'd recommend to everyone especially the aspirants, you will be exposed to so many new ideas and Dr Kalam's thinking. You will get a new perspective about life. I've finished two books so far ( Learning how to fly and Forge Your Future ). Now I'm enjoying this change and this whole process knowing that at least I'm heading towards something. And also discovering some of my hidden traits :p
Discipline is the key. You've got to only believe in yourself and keep going. I do not usually write much but after watching sir's video felt like sharing my experience. :)

The mental pain that I am growing older each day and still not being able to clear my exams( I am preparing for bank exams) was eating me up. I have even refrained myself from commenting about problems so that my failures do not get exposed, this is the first time I am commenting about my problem, and after watching this video I have decided that I will not think negative, and I will go back to my previous routine.
    Thank you Sir.

Sir, you have no idea how much confidence and positivity this video infused in me.
As someone who suffered from mental health issues leading to biggest health scares of my life in last 9 months - I can assure everyone that one's attitude with strong mind can make a huge difference. No doubt it's difficult in the beginning, the pain is unbearable - physical and mental- but keep going, maintain that discipline. It hurts to see oneself not having the same energy and capacity as one used to and it is often overwhelming; guilt overpowers one. But get help; start- even if you don't feel like ; spend time with people who boosts your mood and fill you with positivity. IT WILL GET BETTER. YOU WILL GET BETTER.
Again, BIG THANKS to you sir :)
