i think the game now just jacks up the strategy of FOMO to the extreme that the game seems more scammy than those questionable mobile games
Glad that we only have to grind for one vehicle/reward at a time. But i really hope they change the 750K to sell. Just add 1-3 stages onto the current 9.
And change it so we only have one event every month. So from the 1st every month to 20th~ of the same month. That would give a few days of rest.
Point based events over crafting. But i preferred the task based style of event because they where much faster to complete. At least for me.
This was my first event which i did and honestly 45k every 2 days is fine. few hours a day usually do it withnout even being good every match. But the 750k in my opinion is just insane and it makes you play the game either insanely good or insanely much so i think that should be lowered down to like 500k or maybe 450k
na uh , if u want to sell it u gotta pay lot of time, it's fair already for u to get a event tank with 45k every 2 days, dont be greedy

Idk what they did with the object 292 ballistic , most of my shots are ricochet
just aim center mass everything. Try to avoid high slopes even if it’s flimsy armor cuz warthunder

Let me guess. Object 292 is your first and only 10.0 vehicle, and you're one of the noobs always dying and leaving right at the start. My Object 292 shoots through everything like they're made of paper.

I play this game super casually, and I managed to get the Object 292 without trying and not even knowing it existed for 75% of the event but still having the stars. I hope they keep doing them like this
good for youtubers that have nothing else to do than to play the game for content every day, extreamly bad for anyone with actual life
tbh this event I put the minimum effort into it and still got it done.
Even as a somewhat experienced player, 750k is a bit hard to get, only managed to get 600k before I just gave up on the 750k, I think 600-650k would be better then 750k but the 45000 tasks are still doable for even non experienced players
With tank event, it's alright. But with a plane, 450K is a lot, especially Air RB. And then with naval, it's a nightmare.
With the 85% and 95% cost reduction for GE, this whole new event grind makes it clear to be a cash grab for those of us who are too busy to play the game so much.
Hey I'm really new to the game. And I only get like 1 kill sometimes none. I was wondering how long did it take all of you guys to get good at the game
It’s been interesting to see how people react to this update. As a casual player, I like this update. I can now grind for the vehicles I want more consistently and skip on weeks when I don’t. Luckily for me my fear of missing out doesn’t extend to something as trivial as a video game. Basement dwellers always blame it on corporate greed. However, this update caters to the vast majority of casual players. If your paying for GE for the event vehicles that your own prerogative. I’m not gonna stop a dumbass from being dumb, it’s their nature.
so it was the very first wt event that i did, after playing on and off for quite some time, and i gotta say the time commitment to get the 292 wasnt too bad, the only real problem is the 750k to sell it. though it's not too much of a problem since i'm fine with keeping the tank
TBH I really like the new events because I usually finish the task in like 2h(and I don't even feel like it's boring because I just play just for fun not for grind) which is maximum I play a day. And I know, a lot of people are not that good at the game and for them it can take probably 4h.
I like it. I used the time to spade vehicles. The 750k needs to be reduced. It’s a nice break from the crafting events. I have the time so I don’t have to play meta vehicles to complete the points. I plan to skip the Naval challenge unless it’s something really cool and or the reduce the 750k number to sell it.
Only tank I see survivor the 292 is the Swedish b + when getting shot in the turret cheeks
The grind is to taxing we shouldn’t be subjected to having to grind two rank 7’s back to back with 45k. They need to diversify the ranks each turn so as to give us a break of having to do 45k tasks for a month straight. it will feel that way to me anyway
I definitely prefer this type of event and I completed it for the first time. It's definitely a lot more straightforward than the stupid crafting events. I completed it but rn i don't have the desire to play, and idc about the next event cuz I am a ussr ground main. This type of event definitely burns me out quicker and feels a bit scummy because of gaijin using the fomo tactics to keep people in game but I guess we can't have everything.
Imo, this event just wasnt possible for me, im only in rank 4, so my multiplier was shit, and they keep increasing the mission score? Then yeah no, i most likely won't be worrying about events until im rank 7 or 8, sadly :( (another object i cant get, i wasnt playing the game when the object 279 came out, and now i miss the object 292)
I don't like short events. I'm free to play, and I won't get the new top vehicle regardless. But with consistent logins and decent games, I can progress the battle pass slowly and earn the 100k sl here and there and that makes a huge difference. Events resetting rest login bonus for the BP
You should be able get it with 6 hours of play for 1 star
@ussenterprisecv6231 I'll be real, I play maybe 30min max unless it's the weekend then maybe 1 hour a day. When the family wakes it's dad /husband time. And noon admission but I don't understand events that. I just rely on the slow grind for my vehicles and the sl to try and buy them

I never bother either, as much as i would have liked the TOG II, it was definitely not worth sinking such a stupid amount of time into the game, and it is even less worth it now with the higher requirements.
This event is a HUGE time investment for noobs. If you only have t3 and 4 tanks you're penalized, even moreso if you still play arcade. It's pretty brutal for new players.
I wish it was game score. Not Air or ground. Just points. I spent almost 8 years playing only ground RB and at least early on you could farm the air stuff in ground or navel when using planes and it was nice. I could farm 2 types while playing what I wanted. Since about last Sep I've only played Air RB since I got SOOOOOO sick of how awful GRB is. I already play close to 40-80 hours a week on good weeks when the game isn't total shit. How isn't that enough. What's the point of setting these numbers? I can easily do 45k in a single day in air RB since its SOOOOOOOOOO much easier to get points. Just think if FOR ONCE they decided that playing the game was enough.
Yeah i just wanted to sell the object 292 but i sadly 750k is too high for the ground mode i gave up at 400k
But in air its much easier just bomb a base and there you go you can get 1000 score every 6 minutes
Yeah the event should be "the awekening of the bear" or something. Snakedragons is so chinese it's steriotypical :D
I grinded for the Obj 292 and got burned out, won't even touch the game now, this is a garbage change
Working a real job 10 hours a day makes theese events impossible!
I have this vehicle and it's overpowered at 10.0. I dont usually complain and im a medicore player. But I couldnt pen this in either turret or chassis with wolfpack och abrams kvt. Its way to armored.
I penned the turret just fine with the t-69 II G.....
It's hilariously easy to kill imo.
I keep getting uptiered with my 9.3 lineup, and 9 times out of 10 I shit on the 292 players.
