She watches some of the case because she's so busy watching everything else. Which is why I would be horrified if I was on trial for my life and she was a juror. She caught none of the subtleties of this case. Where is he supposed to go to when the place he needs to go to is behind them and they're telling him to go the other way question mark that is just one of the many mistakes she made

I live in South Africa and have been following the case since Nate Easton interviewed them in Hawaii. I spoke to a friend of mine who lives in the US recently and she had never heard about Lori and Chad.
Thank you for using RUclipsrs in stead of so-called experts. They tend to know and understand cases far better and are more interesting to listen to.
Yes , You Tubers know what case the host is speaking on. Experts never give any answers that could come back to haunt them. Every answer the experts give is vague , because they don’t know enough to speak specifics & usually are not given time to have their team do a deep dive on the subject. Plus cheaper for the show .
When I went down the rabbit hole trying to understand the case I got so lost. I eventually came across Gisela's RUclips and in one of her videos on the Chad and Lori case she had photos of alot of the players so I could get it. Been watching her ever since.
@blazefairchild465 so true. Only a few experts actually take the time out to learn about the case they are speaking about.
Gisela stands out from the rest because she genuinely cares about people. She works very hard and only reports the known facts. She doesn’t allow bullying on her channel and it’s a safe place for the victim’s families, who are often in the chats thanking her for the support. 🐻

Her POV is totally different that mine on this when it comes to the river stabbing incident....like 180 degrees different...in fact I'm sensing a bias against self defense in general. Those teen thugs attacked that man. Yes, he didn't handle it well on the other side, but he was probably scared and confused. Those kids f'd around and found out imho.
You know that one person at the table who has no idea what's going on and is just trying to join in the conversation.
That's what I get from her.
The prosecution attorneys are horrible too. She said they were doing a good job. IMO, The defense attorneys are killing it without being harsh.
Well the jury got it right. Guilty across the board. Justice served!

You never know with Lori. When she talked about her children and Tammy Daybell being happy and BUSY in heaven…. Like what?! Busy? How on earth did she come to that conclusion!? I actually think she could have justifiably pleaded insanity.
In the Apple River stabbing, the defendant also lied about having taken a knife away from one of the young guys and used it to stab him. The video clearly shows this was not the case. I thought the testimony of the trauma surgeon and his description of the extent of the wounds was also compelling. I do think Miu was overcharged and this will result in a hung jury, or they'll plea it down to a lesser charge.
Yes, him lieing like that didnt help his case. I'm hoping he takes the stand.

I feel the Mui case has taken a turn but for me it was the opposite. He seemed like a crazy guy at first but it looks like complete self-defence. He didn't use the knife until He was attracted and only used the knife on the ones that attacked him. I think he did bad after the event but it doesn't fit first degree murder. The young men clearly instigated the situation.
Miu initiated interaction with them first, and very aggressively while they were floating on their tubes. He stopped them and ran towards them. That’s when the verbal insults started. He should have walked away, but he stayed and everything escalated. If he wouldn’t have had that knife in his pocket, he would have definitely left. He checked his pocket several times to make sure the knife was still there. The jury got it right! Guilty X 5
Okay, so explain why Mui ran up on those guys. He got up from his family and friends, grabbed a snorkel and went to assult a groups of guys for no reason? Where is the motive? I carry a pocket knife every day as did my dad and my grandpa. When you have an item like that in or on your pocket with loose pants or shorts and you walk or move especially in a river it is reactionary to put your hand on it to make sure it does fall off and move all over. That does not at all suggest he thought of using it for murder. Those young men are evil and this shows a major lose of freedom in this country. I don't blame Mui one bit for what he did.

The children were not just, in his property. He tried to RUN AWAY, while the police searched. That means that he knew, that the children were buried there, and he was not even near the graves, not to know it, he was in his car... He reacted totally guilty... Why such a reaction, when you were innocent...?!? additionally, his conversation with Lori on the phone: "They´re searching the property".....!!!! The racoon.... and so forth. He his guilty, for sure...

She works hard, has compassion for the victims, and although evidence is discussed, her followers know that court coverage is even more important to really comprehend the true evidence of the case. Also, Gisela teaches us “if you see something, say something”, help others and we help ourselves stay safe as well.

Who in their middle aged right mind would approach 13 /drunk teenagers - with a KNIFE ?
Great program, thank you. Defendant told the forensic nurse that a kid pulled a knife on him. Video evidece does not support this at all. It seems that he lied.
But there weren’t 13 teenagers! There were only 6. The rest were adults trying to stop the possible disaster.
Stop the disaster ? They didn’t come over to stop. They got into him and told him to eff off. We don’t know if he hit her and my guess is he didn’t. She probably pushed him as she was touching him and he probably pushed her back. I’m sure she would have hot the water with a punch they ate describing. Then they attacked him from all sides. Had those teens not been absolute bullies picking on an old man then we wouldn’t be here. He did nothing wrong and they accused him off terrible things. Then followed him taunting him. Like a pack.
The drunk adults made it worse. Really ?

The court tv the media on what they say and put to accuse Mr Miu but every body to see the truth put you on his shoes to see .That people and many drinking alcohol and use drugs bit him and after he defending himself is wrong ?All of them must be arrested the "kids" who drink alcohol and use drugs not milk.
