Started watching when you were in San Diego, working some of the same decks I used to. It really felt like you left your heart in SD when you went back to Florida, but this Venice move has been ALL TIME! Sucks there's nothing else to do though!! Good thing fishing never gets boring!

Great video, I went tuna fishing out of Venice last Oct. I went on a two-day trip with VooDoo Charters and had a great time fishing the rigs 60 miles out. It was a race to get the fish in before the hammerheads got them.
I’ve watched this over and over again, this got me yelling and screaming every time! I am so f-ing hyped by this!! God Bless All! Thank you for sharing!! ❤

Impressive 3 fish total combined weight of 570 pounds on poppers. I have 4 fish that are over 200 pounds. I caught them on separate trips the first was May of 2000. The biggest yellowfin was 260 pounds January 2019, and they call them cows on the west coast. I have yet to catch one on a popper let alone catching them on a spinning rod over 200 pounds. I'm going down to Baja to try my hand at catching one and it would be awesome to catch one on a popper. I'll be happy with a 60-80 pounder on a spinning rod and a popper. Fair weather and tight lines.
