Hey! I went to school for theatre production and specialized in props and wardrobe so your videos are always a gem to watch! It’s like a mix of both of those things in one! I just wanted to leave a quick comment and mention something that I swear by: wood glue. I know how fragile and soft air dry clay is and wood glue is the perfect counter to that. It dries solid and flat but can easily be sanded down as it’s meant to be. It also dries with a tough almost plastic like texture on the outside. I think if you do something of this level of work in the future that wood glue might be a good top coat before you get to painting. Just a suggestion from one artist to another! Fantastic work as always, dollightful!

He skipped leg day 😱😱😱 Jokes aside I really love to see your art and how you're always challenging yourself and expanding your horizons as an artists. It's truly inspiring.
All I can imagine is the neighbors looking out and just seeing a really glossy buffed up doll being swung out a window then afterwards just being leaned against the window
You did the ripped body type really well! Now I kinda wanna see more of it to be honest XD. But as for the 'dollightful' eyes, they still contrast really nicely with the rest of his look. Besides, it doesn't matter if you're trying to do an entirely different style, our own style will leak in one way or another XD.
The part with him shirtless and shiny got my giggling, which is a nice surprise. I'm not even done with the video and I can already tell you did a great job on the doll
Someone tell this doll to stop skipping leg day! 🤣 Amazing job as per usual so happy to see a male doll I adore your female ones, but the males are just a breath of fresh air from time to time 💕 I always enjoy seeing your vods Pop up as a notification!
I love how all of the dolls are so very different but yet somehow they work so well together it looks like they've all been traveling together and they've just been meeting up along the way to defeat something like a RPG anime quest. I imagine in my head that Ty and Irene because they both have asian based appearances that they met each other 1st and on the road through the world they meet Clarence along the way who they just happened to see in a side show but turns out to be an amazing fighter. I feel like we need more travelers and then like a steampunk villain type character to add to the mix. As I had mentioned in a past post all of her dolls in the steampunk line look like they've been surviving off the world of what's left and I imagine that Clarence once was just a man for show and now hes forced to be a fighter. I almost want to think that this is a world where it's like steampunk robots versus humans type thing.
I always love it when you collaborate with other artists because it gives me a chance to see new styles. That said, I think it would be cool if you did that mermaid girl that you had drawn out in the vaporeon video since you mentioned she could be any mermaid. This is just a suggestion ofc, you don’t have to do it if you don’t want to.
Clarence is so cute 😭❤ Would love to see you do more dolls with face wrinkles in the future- they add so much charm. You blended your own style with Akin's wonderfully!
Dang Katherine is really strong, twirling around 50kg barbells with her fingers like that! Jokes aside, love how Clarence turned out! I love all the pretty girls you make in your usual videos, but I certainly will not say no to seeing you sculpt out a buff gentleman 👀

This is such a cool project! I love seeing style swaps! The boots look incredible with the paint, and the functional suspenders are so charming! I feel like it’d be really fun to see you do a Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure-style character or stand; the same big muscled bods but with the wild color palettes you tend to prefer :D
I was totally thinking of Jojo characters the entire time! I dont know which character she could pull off tho, I feel like Dollightful is too talented to decide, she would pull them all off!
I'm two minutes and fifteen seconds into this video, and I'm reminded of one thing I absolutely love about Dollightful's video style: her voice-over is always so lively. I can hear a big, bright smile in her voice, and it's really engaging, like I'm listening to a close friend excitedly tell a story about her hobby. I needed this today. :)
I was expecting the pillow effect (I’ve been watching this channel for far too long lol) to occur, but it looks awesome. This is a great excuse to study some anatomy!

Softer gloves like cotton can easily get caught like that, but if you potentially have those cutting protection gloves maybe it will be less of a risk. I am not entirely sure on that, but yeah, softer gloves are not great.
I was grinning the entire time. This is so different from what you normally make, but I love him so much! Truly marvellous!
Thank you so much!
YOU MADE HIM LOOK SO GOOD AND NEVER DID I THINK YOU WOULD MAKE A RIPPED BODY I LOVE IT. Love this collab, imma check his channel out next to see the doll he made lol
Don't let this distract you from the fact that I get bullied because my classmates think my videos are the worst. Please don't agree, dear meg
@@AxxLAfriku wha?-
AGREED. and that’s what I was gonna do too 😂
As someone in school to be a doctor, those are WONDERFUL anatomical sketches
The blue eyes look great! Your husband was totally right about the accent color and I think them being in the signature dollightfully style brings out the emphasis even more! A really cool piece of contrast for the doll.
Love him!! He looks amazing! I love all of the steampunk dolls you make. This could be a series of some sort
Clarence and Cassandra could have a show focused on their bounty hunter careers in the Victorian Era. I would love to see a series like that!!! 😍
I never tire of your “bubbly optimism.” It’s the light I need in my usually pretty dreary days.
I’ll forever be amazed at the way she truly nails every artistic style! I love seeing her go from cutesy cartoon characters to anatomically correct bodies! I’m forever in awe!
Also congratulations on your pregnancy!! :D
Her kid is going to have the BEST toys😂
I’m only 7 minutes in, but the doll looks incredible already!!! I will never get over how good you are at doll customizing, but you are just that amazing!! You’re one of my major role models! Thank you so much for posting these videos. ❤️
Why did the vid hit 7:00 when I read this comment 🤨
Oh gosh! I don't know what to say haha. Thank you so much for watching!
@@Dollightful OMG You replied!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
hi caitlin i found ur comment :D
@@iro3907 nice lol
He skipped leg day 😱😱😱
Jokes aside I really love to see your art and how you're always challenging yourself and expanding your horizons as an artists. It's truly inspiring.
😁😁 Leg day was definitely skipped
AHH he looks great, always a treat to see a male doll! That sculpting is extremely accurate too! This is great
I like how in both dolls you can kinda see the faint trace of the artist's original style, it gives a nice vibe
I feel like he would be a British mentor to Tye and Irene for creating things of sort and I LOVE IT
All I can imagine is the neighbors looking out and just seeing a really glossy buffed up doll being swung out a window then afterwards just being leaned against the window
they're used to it by now, surely aha
@@xo.taylormay yeah you're probably right they probably just acknowledge it as a regular thing by now
You did the ripped body type really well! Now I kinda wanna see more of it to be honest XD. But as for the 'dollightful' eyes, they still contrast really nicely with the rest of his look. Besides, it doesn't matter if you're trying to do an entirely different style, our own style will leak in one way or another XD.
HE LOOKS AMAZING!!! He’s giving off some serious Arcane vibes!!
RIGHT!? THATS WHAT I WAS THINKING!
The eyebrow expression is * chefs kiss *
And the muscle sculpt is just wow. You did an amazing job with it! So impressed!
No one better to “buff out buffness” than Katherin! Awesome sculpting, those two dolls toats could’ve been done by each of you! Fun!!
I always love these major body mod dolls, cuz it makes me think of what would happen if someone did this in the toy story universe.
I love how dollightful and her hubby have been working together on the dolls lately. So sweet :)
Can we appreciate how buff and muscular this doll is?? Never skip gym day 😂
4:34 "Body Builder Dorito Chip Shape" I nearly spit my drink. xD
I’ve loved watching your progress (and new equipment) since Cupcake! You’re incredible and your dolls always leave my jaw on the floor! 💖
Thank you for watching for so long! hehe
The face definitely reminds me of the art style in the arcane show on netflix. The doll looks so good!
3:18 THE MOST ADORABLE LAUGH EVER😁❤❤❤
Was it just me who was laughing on Catherine cut him up in the in the middle of his body 😂😂😂 3:08
I love how last video was totally Dollightful's comfort zone, and the next one she did was basically the opposite. Artist flexibility at its finest
With this doll and Minty, I love how Dollightful has been experimenting with different styles!
I love this so much. The resculpted body is amazing. He’s such a dapper gentleman but he’s also really buff. He very much gives me Armstrong vibes
I love him, but I feel like he definitely needs that vest! He's to dapper for just a shirt.
i second the vest idea!
I also love the doll, its so different and really cool! The finish is everything,I’d say its one of your best dolls
I love that he still feels like dollightful's work despite being so different from all her other dolls
Clarence is so cute 😭❤ Would love to see you do more dolls with face wrinkles in the future- they add so much charm.
You blended your own style with Akin's wonderfully!
I think he might be on of my favourites. The shading and details really brought him to life
Dang Katherine is really strong, twirling around 50kg barbells with her fingers like that!
Jokes aside, love how Clarence turned out! I love all the pretty girls you make in your usual videos, but I certainly will not say no to seeing you sculpt out a buff gentleman 👀
Clarence honestly reminds me of a character from The Seven Deadly Sins of The Lions Sin of how built he is and the vibes he gives off
Props to you Dolllightful!
YESS!! I was hoping someone else saw that he looks like Escanor (idk if that’s how you spell it) but different colored hair!
Thought the same thing ahah. Must be the stache
I LOVE these dolls! He turned out great. I love that he’s more “villainous”, what a cool project
Oh god he has such himbo energy I love him
I like how you stay Energetic and funny, I admire how hard you work on this channel and understand how much money it must’ve cost to buy all the supplies you need, stay great stay creative and keep working hard!
YES YES YES YES MIXING SCIENCE AND ART, DOLLIGHTFUL YOU ARE MY IDOL
I absolutely LOVE the way the two dolls look together!! This was such a great collab, you both did so amazing!
Thanks for sharing such a cool artist!!! Akin has such an interesting way of approaching characters, so glad to see you collabing with people who have such varying styles. I LOVE this doll! Such a cool guy with an even cooler mustache 💪💪
Also, very proud of how well you’ve been doing with these body mods!! You’ve grown so much since your first doll with body mods, it seems almost seamless! Keep up the great work!
Your new steampunk boy doll looks like a father figure to the first and second steampunk dolls that you’ve made (also thx my friend they love your videos and we always share the same thought process when watching one of your videos)
I LOVE that you picked up steampunk once and kept doing it! It fills my heart with unbelievable joy.
LOVE THIS collaboration/swap. Not just the idea of such a thing but y’all’s concept art and finished product!!! Your strong man is AMAZING!!!! Good job guys.
I never have heard dollightful laugh until now!
HIS MUSTACHE IS EVERYTHING!!!!
:O
I’d never have thought dollightful would draw men in that way lmao
I’ve for a long time thought and wanted to see more body types in your dolls, and it makes me so happy to see this kinda variation!!! Beautifully done and I think you really nailed his style!
I would always love to see more body variation and keep up your amazing work!!
Oh wow! It felt like YEARS since you’ve last did a Doll Style Swap Collab, mostly with Hextian!
So cool to see something totally different! Seeing the amazing musculature you were able to do makes me want to see Luisa from Encanto from you!
I LOOOOOVE this one!! It really is super cool when you do full body sculpts. It's nice to see some variety in sizes and shapes! And, of course I adore steampunk so the concept was extra fun for me. That moustache and those shoes! Just MM! You did a great job in shading those muscles too. What a fun colab! I'm glad you did this one!
Thank you so much! :D
I always love when you do style swap videos. Forcing yourself to push past your own boundaries always makes for an amazing doll. I hope maybe you make a Lolita strongwoman or something. I can see you pull that off perfectly.
It's always so cool to see amazing artists like Dollightful go out of their comfort zone and create something completely different - absolutely loved this video, hope we get some more BUFF BOIS in the future!!
Oh my gosh I am obsessed with the tiny suspenders...
The sculpting is beautiful and I love the expression on him, great job as always ❤️
