(2) A suggestion … as you become successful and get more listings, I suggest that if you are the listing agent that you employ Matterport into your listings. I’m in the midst of purchasing property here in the lower 48 and I find it extremely helpful to be able to “walk” through the listings of those properties I wish to consider purchasing. It saves me and my Realtor time in that I can narrow it down to properties that I’ve “walked” through and that have peaked my interest ahead of time. Just a suggestion. 🤔. Also, one thing that seems to irritate me when going to a property I’m interested in is when the agent can’t answer basic questions and is not prepared. Case in point … I was looking at a property my Realtor took me to. List price is 950,000. I asked three basic questions of her. It was like she was a deer in headlights. She immediately started to text her office. I simply said … don’t bother. Clearly you’re not prepared. If at the end of the day and this property is in the top three, my Realtor here will contact your Broker for the answers. 🤨. Moral of the story … be as prepared as you can be about the property. Think of possible questions that a prospective buyer may throw your way.

I actually plan to start using matterport right away for the walk through tours. It saves everyone time, people and agents on both ends of deals!
