Banana Pudding Cookies
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 box banana cream pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 package of white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add pudding mix and blend together until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs, scraping the sides of the bowl until everything is well combined. Add flour and baking soda and blend until dough forms. Stir in white chocolate chips. Using a cookies scoop drop cookies onto a greased baking tray. Bake in a 350 degree for 8 to 9 minutes.

We have a recipe from our great grandmother for a Banana Nut Cake. It's something we make when we have overripe bananas.
I think we could make cookies using overripe bananas as well!😘
I'll let you know if/when I make them, I think they would be good and it's another way to use the overripe bananas!😚
