4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
pinch salt

These waffles look so wonderful Kristi!😍
It's been so long since I've had waffles!
I don't have a cast iron waffle maker but they sure look good!😘
Thanks for sharing another great recipe!🥰
Thanks Vickie! You could use any waffle maker. I forgot how much I like them! It had been several years since I made them. 😊
vegetable oil works differently than animal fat like clarified butter or bacon grease for sticking when it comes to cast-iron, I don't know why it just does .
Wow those look really good thanks for the video have a blessed day.
Thanks Luke!
Great recipe for waffles. Several years ago, I bought a similar wafflemaker like yours, but it's not cast iron. Nordicware makes a cast aluminum stovetop wafflemaker that is lighter in weight. It works the same way. I never really got the hang of using it. All of my waffles either got stuck or were burnt to a crisp. 😅😅 I need to dig it out and try it again, using your recipe.
@@russbear31 it takes a few try’s to get the waffles to come out just right. I think the key is to have it nice and hot and grease it real good. Hope it works for you.
Looks delicious. 👌
Thanks for sharing!
