He has also shown that age is only one factor as it impacts everyone differently. Bernie is sharp and intelligent... he speaks well and isn't easily sidetracked. We have young members in congress (and local legislatures/judicial/etc) that are some of the dimmest bulbs in the world, on TOP of being the worst people you've ever seen. We need better people... period.
Just think if Congress had a majority of officials who think like Bernie does. The potential of the US could transform the world, not just our own country. It makes me cry to see what America is compared to what it could be.
Or was before all the extreme politics. I’ve never seen parties attack one another until Trump came along with his lies & school yard bullying.
Then give RFK Jr. a shot at it. He won’t disappoint either.
Exactly.
I love Bernie Sanders. He is forthright and means what he says.
Bless you, Bernie.
I LOVE Bernie so much!!! I always have and I always will!!!
This guys should have been president years ago.
Most people did not think so. That's the way elections work.
We need you now Bernie!!! Help!
God, I wish he was the one to give the State of the Union address too!
Hearing him now I still feel good that my first ever primary vote was for him. My heart hurts imagining how different our country would be under his leadership
Love this man 💙💙💙
I really wish he was giving that speech. Love you Bernie, thanks for giving the same consistent message that American's deserve better
Hope he is okay...seems tired ... but still is a pro still calling out what needs to be remembered..i.e. the two senators that blocked the vote...and what is wrong with corp/wealthy/taxes, etc... who can blame him with the non action of so many in Congress. Am always hopeful whenever he speaks out..
Love that dude!!! We need more senators and congresspeople like him.
Bernie your the man!!!!
You're
God, when I reflect on what kind of leader our country could have had. Someone with such moral vision.
@2:30 Bernie should’ve been the Dems’ primary candidate. Sure, he’s one year older than Biden, but man, he’s clearly more mentally sharp than Biden! And to add, I find it funny and hypocritical that the people defending Biden’s age now are the same people who are telling everybody that Bernie was too old back 2016.
And people(R) who claimed Biden was too old last election seems to have forgotten that Trump is now a year older than Biden was then.
@@shanadir double standards, etc.
I love Bernie!!! We won't let him retire!
❤❤Love Senator Sanders ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 🎉🎉🎉
To Sir Bernie - much love from Australia mate, you're a bloody hero.
Bernie ❤
Because you are overseeing the budget Bernie!!! His administration is one of the best there has been. And Mr Bernie you had make his presidency possible.
Arizona is so sorry for Sinema. She had us all fooled.
She didn't have ALL of us fooled! I campaigned for Deedra Abboud in the primaries and TRIED TRIED TRIED to warn people that she was a big narcissistic phoney.
Hey it happens. Look at progressive voters in Pennsylvania who voted for Fetterman
It's a good lesson to not judge someone by the way they dress and what they claim to believe in. Look at their actions.
Look at their actions and their history!!
@@powderedtoastfacekillah734 I will say, some Americans did know about "Shotgun Fetty" but when you guys have to choose between him and Oz, its not too hard of a choice. Even considering 2024 Fetterman
Bernie looks great for his age! And sharp as a tack! His energy is catchy!
Oh Bernie, what could’ve been😢😢😢
I love Bernie... A friend of mine was in the US at the time of the 2016 election and brought back my treasured Bernie button .... In my view, the finest president who never was. Keep up the fight, Mr. Sanders.
Feel the Bern💪
THANK YOU Bernie! You would have been one of the best presidents. God bless you! ❤😊
A heart of gold in Washington.❤
I love Bernie’s clear, concise summation & hope he stays on but wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t
The fire still "Berns" in this one and the force is strong. Biden should have him run as his VP and then retire after his re-election and let President Bernie do his best to fix this country.
Yes Bernie for VP 💕☝️😊
I'm moving to Vermont so I can vote for Bernie. This amazing fellow is my idea of an American patriot. Sadly, our Congress has very few heroes like him. It has now become the haven for misfits and scoundrels.
Bernie would have beat Trump. 2016
Anyone without the initials HRC would've, so yes, definitely.
I’m not so sure about that. The Russian disinformation+misinformation army would just have made up a bunch of crap about Bernie liked they did about Hillary. Trump and his minions would’ve started harping on his age, his religion, his progressiveness… anything to rally those misguided GQP Republican voters to believe all of trump’s total crap.
@@chonqmonk They each got the only opponent they could've beaten... I don't even have a major issue with Hillary, but the right had already whipped up a world of conspiracy around her
@@nolananderson4782She had been vilified for about 40 years, yes, and it worked.
Despite her flaws, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote and beat trump by 3 million votes, so it was the antiquated and undemocratic Electoral College that decided that election in another failure of the system that fails to grant the presidency to the winner of the popular vote.
Love Bernie! We need his leadership! Wish he was our President!
3:48 brought me to tears… 😢 love you Bernie ❤
Love ♥️🙏💥 Senator BERNIE SANDERS 💖💜💥🙏🙏
Bernie for President!
He is such a great person.
Sadly, it will not happen.
Love Bernie!
Thank you Senator Sanders for laying it all out there. Exactly! Minimum wage has remained stagnate for over 13 years. The cost of living most certainly hasn't. Just one of the many good points you made.
On a side note, your photographic memory is showing in your eye movements as you are reading back things you've read. Very impressive. Not everyone with a photographic memory does that. But I could see you doing it.
Bernie Sanders gives me hope for the future of the world. If we want to survive we need to listen to this man. ❤️
What a President he would be !!! Go Bernie! A national treasure !
"This is the greatest country on Earth. ... We should not have the highest rate of childhood poverty of any major nation. ... etc. etc." - Am I the only one who spots the contradiction?
In German, we call that 'lying into your own pocket'.
Nobody cares what you think
@@The_king567you seem to be confusing your own opinion with that of everyone.
You might want to get that checked out but a psychiatrist before it develops further, and you start talking about big strong men crying at you...
Two of my favorite Americans having a level headed honest conversation….Thank you gentlemen! Cheers 🥂
Love Bernie! He always speaks wisely and truly.
Just finished Bernie 's book. A must read!!!
You're a hero bernie!
Absolutely on the Mark Mr. Sanders.
Cheers 🇨🇦
Bernie, please run!!!
Drinking from my Feel the Bern mug in Tasmania!!
Bernie, say it isn’t so! You are one of the heroes of our democracy. If you don’t want to continue that’s one thing but don’t let ageism drive you from office!
Feel the Bern 🔥
Love Bernie's admiration for Joe!
Bernie's assessment is spot on. 🎉❤
The one thing he didn't mention which he has presented previously is Education access to all. The poor cannot afford to go to higher education and therefore cannot get those higher paying jobs and continue the poverty cycle.
Bernie is so lucid, so pissed off, so motivated, whatever this guy sips in the morning, please bottle it. Here is a real Ponce de Leon whose passion for life is the fountain of youth! Thank you Bernie.
A good man , a good Samaritan, a good shepherd.
This guy is my Hero!
