Have you considered making a Tier list for the items as well? I think that would be awesome since a lot of these buffs and nerfs are effecting champions through builds they choose
i like that she is more utility based now but im still going to play her ad. her enchanter build feels incomplete and is really off regarding her kit and playstyle. cleaver rush is fine, lethality is fine when u dont really have any ad in your team etc.

As a player who entered the rift in the beta already and coming back to the game every once in a while, I have to say, I really like the balancing at the moment, as there are not too many new champs on top and very few champs I like, are lacking in strength. However, Varus really needs love at the moment and Gragas could use a model update again.
ZZZ varus? There are champs that need it waaaay more than Varus. Buff Renata, Skarner, Sion, Rengar, GP, Ornn, Ziggs, Azir/Ryze, Kalista. Varus still has the "hehehe I one shot tanks hehwh" shit. A thing others ADC dream off every single night.

Im not convinced senna is op. With the sup build she does 0 aa damage in team fights and to get max value out of your q, you need to wait until your teammates are chunked. So youd barely get a couple of q's off during a fight while doing 0 damage.
Her win rate is almost 53%…damage doesn’t win games necessarily. Enchanters like lulu and Janna don’t deal damage. Doesn’t mean they’re not efficient. Sennas now a long range enchanter and that has its own benefits. The helia rush means you can aa from safe range , then give a big heal and because the q cd scales down with cdr and aa you have a pretty big heal every 5 seconds or so.

I can see her needing more utility but not the point were she is just another heal bot ap enchanter. The carry she can pull off as a support is what brought me to her in the first place personally. It would be llke if they made pyke a cc bot with no more damage for assassinations and reworked his playstyle away from ad assassin.
I personally like to go boots bloodsong ardent censor nashors rageblade terminus. Not as strong as this garbo ap enchanter heal bot playstyle but its a fun and viable build nonetheless.
as a kata enjoyer (currently d1 euw) i can 100% guarantee you that its not bad playing against champs like garen/renekton midlane you are pretty save, outscale quite a bit and your q poke really does hurt especially on the current patch.

I don't think they test things before making this tier list. In which universe this new Senna building support is good? Her new playstyle makes no sense because a couple of things: First her main skill as a peel support would be her Q for healing, but her Q has an INSANE high cooldown for a main skill and even with the autos reducing the cooldown still takes forever for you use her Q twicein a team fight. Second, she's is squishy and dies easily so you cannot afford to auto many times to reduce quer Q cooldown in a team fight, even being ranged she's still easily killable Third, she does absolutely no damage at all with this build so you don't compensate for the lack of peel with some damage, especially in Lane phase where her main function before was to pressure with poke and autos from afar. And last, her ultimate also has a pretty high cooldown, as expected. So basically they took the damage out of her to play a very weak peel role with no peel and damage at all. If you are a high tier pro player god from challenger perhaps you can position yourself perfectly over and over in team fight and takes some value out of this horrible new kit, but we all know this is not the reality of most players, obviously. And why on earth would you pick a champ with such a high demand and low returns like this when you can pick so many other supports which will give more value for less effort like Seraphine, Nami, Soraka, Lulu, etc... This new Senna is terrible and although I loved this ideia of playing her as a peel support, she's is still extremely weak and need a buff or another completely different build.
Highest win rate conventional support with the breadth-over-depth playrate to eliminate any claims of it just being mains. She's stupidly strong and likely warrants a nerf, not a buff.
rank 250 senna OTP here. Her q has a high base cooldown, but you're forgetting the fact that it is reduced by 1s every time she auto attacks something. This turns her Q into a 3-4 second CD in mid game teamfights. Her ult CD is also long at a base, but with all the reduction you get from supp items its like 60 seconds mid-late game. No enchanters do any damage really so this point is moot. She is insanely broken right now and will almost definitely get a nerf in coming patches, as much as i dont want that to happen. Also, you can absolutely build her AD. She abuses the new BC like crazy, especially when paired with Jack of all Trades.

BotRK was the only rush item for Vayne? Wasn't she rushing Statikk? I don't think an increase of 100G would make the item so bad for her, since it gives her the waveclear she clearly lacks...
i like that she is more utility based now but im still going to play her ad. her enchanter build feels incomplete and is really off regarding her kit and playstyle. cleaver rush is fine, lethality is fine when u dont really have any ad in your team etc.
