Played this build with a support Nami. Her E makes your hits slow so your E is always a root. And that since you both have all the cc in the world, your slows makes her bubble easier to hit and you can R to pull them and Nami to do the same with her R knock up. Should be around 8 secs of total cc in a fight.
I main Sera. I don't play much though, still doing her quests for her skins. Glad they allowed us to continue them and not just say 'hey you can't get them because you are an inactive casual!'
