    Thank you for the in-depth explanation of Model 14. In my research I have Model 15, can you please help in this regard?

    Respected Sir, what if the indirect effect is nonsignificant, however, the moderated mediation index is significant? How do we interpret it? Please explain it.

    Thank you for the in-depth explanation of Model 14. In my research, I have Model 16 (2 x Moderators between Mediator and Dependent), can you please help in this regard?
    Most of my results are insignificant.

    Hi, Fawad. I have two moderators and one mediating variable. Which model will be suitable for my research study? Thanks

    • @researchwithfawad
      @researchwithfawad  2 года назад

      This is based on the type of model you have. What relationships are being moderated.
      I recommend searching Models in Hayes Process Macro, and it will provide you with a pdf for all the different types of models.

    Hello Sir, my moderator was a categorical variable (gender, where 1=female, and 2=male). For the conditional indirect effects of X on Y, the indirect effect is significant for females but not significant for males. My index of moderated mediation is significant as well. Does this mean that gender moderates the indirect effects of X on Y? And does it also mean that with the index of moderated mediation significant, that the difference between genders is significant even though it was significant for females but not for males?

    Good evening Prof, really inspire me to do moderated mediation. May I know how to get the number of T - Statistics in table that attached in "12.14" For example, the figure 4.7663, 4.8442, 1.9600, and 1.9843. Thanks for your video and hoping if prof can share some guidelines to me

      Prof, I have checked with another video by using smartpls. What if my data is significant in SPSS, but insignificant in Smartpls for model 14?

    Hello, Professor. I am having difficulty understanding Model 15 in my research because, in my research, the mediation effect doesn't work, but the moderated mediation result works. Does this make sense? Thank you so much. :)

      Thanks for watching. Yes, why not. The logic of interpretation doesn't change, whatever model you use.

    sir, I subscribed your channel and watching a series of your tutorial on Process macro.
    The last video is about model 9, and this is model 14, would you share with us how to operate model 10 to model 13?

    Dear Fawad, i have been doing my PhD. Analysis. But i have a questions about moderated mediation. To analyze moderated mediation, do moderator has to be significant or not? İs there any prerequisite?

    • @muhammedsabrisirin5324
      @muhammedsabrisirin5324 Год назад

      To tell more Clear, your example in your video, int_1 is significant. Let's think if it is not significant, still can we analyze moderated mediation of role ambiguity?

      The moderator doesn't have to be significant.

      Report the results as they are. You will have to present possible reasons for insignificance and significance in the discussion section.

    Hi,
    I came across your channel and completely mindblown, welldone!
    Which model in Process Macro would I need to use if I have 2IVs, 3 levels of mediator, and 1DV.
    Thank you for your channel!

      Thanks. I am glad you liked it.
      If you have multiple IVs or DVs. You cannot use Process Macro. You will have to use SMART-PLS or AMos

      Yes you can, but this kills the actual analysis and the results are no longer reliable.

    Assalamu Walikum,
    Thank you for the detailing, much appreciated!
    Would you mind if I ask some queries related to this, like- how can I use the mediation model with 2 'X' variables, 4 moderators and 4 'Y' variables? For example, I have two factors (sustainability practices) as X, and 4 factors as moderators (employee engagement) and 4 factors (firm performance) as Y? I know you are very busy and hope you don't mind me getting in touch.

      @@researchwithfawad Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried AMOS, but my sample size is below 200 (not sure with the generalisability issue!). Would it be possible to use the mediation model (model 4) in that case? BTW I have two factors as peer pressure - any idea how to use these as mediation or anything else?

    • @researchwithfawad
      @researchwithfawad  2 года назад +1

      You cannot use Model 4 or SPSS because you have multiple IV and DVs.
      Sample size over 150 is sizeable for pls

    Sir, Would request you to please add controlled variable like age , gender and tenure with the organization and run the regression analysis alongwith interpretation of results. That would be of immense help !

    • @researchwithfawad

      You can use this video.
      ruclips.net/video/zaOFXnXC8Y0/видео.html
      The process is simple, you can run a model without control variables and assess the impact on the dependent variable and then run a model with control and see how the impact changes and whether or not the control variables are significant or not.
