How would you report the significance in the result section during write up? Is it just that ''the values were between zero, therefore there was a significant effect''
You just need to report LLCI and ULCI, if need be you can say that the range of LLCI and ULCI does not contain zero.
You can see the table 4 of this paper in which I have used mediation.

Sir I am getting values perfect in mediation analysis my values are significant in Total Effect and Direct Effect but Sir In Indirect Effect my BootLLCI values is -VE and BootULCI +VE it means values my mediation anlaysis is not perfect..??? And I am also getting Values -VE in Interaction_1 in Moderating Analysis but in Conditional Effect of X On Y Table my Values perfect significant and positive...So sir what Should I do?

Sir thank you for this insightful video. Please clarify one question, if I have 1 moderator, 1 DV and 2 IV, according to my objective I’m testing whether my moderator moderates the relationship that DV has with 2 IVs together. How should I go about this? What model do I use? Kindly guide.
You need to run model 1 two times with each IV.

yes, if the values of LLCI AND ULCI carry different signs, the path is insignificant, which means no relation.

If u mean u have one mediator, with three independent variables then use model 3 time by changing IV

Hi, thanks for the video. Actually my IV and DV both are categorical and M1 and M2 are continuous. How can I do the mediation analysis for such variables? I have only seen continuous DV and IVs in every mediation analysis so far.
Thank you. The first option is to go with the same data and check what happens. The second is that you can make an index or covert the unlikely data to the same scale. like 0 and 1 can be converted to Likert scale of 0 = 1 or 2, and 1 = 4 and 5.... and then do the analysis.
As p value interpret that if experiment will perform again chances to have same effects are 95%......
We check significant of mediation on the basis of class interval ( no zero in between) what it means...??

Sir, could you please help with my query, why does my sample size reduce when I use a nominal data as a moderating variable while using macro process. The same doesn’t happen when I do analysis with scale data as a moderating variable.
I think the data is automatically being reduced based on the repeat data set. You can use scale data to be on the safe side.
What happens when both the values are insignificant? so do we call it partial or full mediation?

Sir in my mediation analysis the value of total effect and indirect effect i.e LLCI and ULCI are negative,but in direct effect LLCI negative and ULCI positive ,it means my mediation analysis is not perfect.And I'm getting negative value in intraction_1 in moderation,

I am not sure if my reply is helpful now, but negative or positive, both can be interpreted as negative or positive effect,.

First you need to understand what hypotheses have you developed. One option is that you have made two different hypotheses with each moderator. if that is the case then you will run model 1 two times.

You cannot use control variable in Hayes's process. Just check the mediations/moderations without the control variables.

It depends on your hypotheses. I think you should use model 4 and 1 for mediation and moderation respectively. Use these separately for each hypothesis.
