The analysis you presented in this video is actually for hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis, where you control the covariates in the first block, and then analyzing the direct effect of the IV on the DV without the influences of the covariates in the second block. It is not a mediation model analysis. You can check you result with other mediation model analysis method. I afraid the video mislead others in mediating effect analysis.
