Thank you, very helpful. How would adding covariates change how you do the analysis in SPSS? Would you use Process, and just add the covariates in the "Covariates" section? Would this change any of the Options and Model number specifiations selected? Thanks in advance.
Please interpret the results of mediation. How we will know that there is mediation? Partial / Full mediation /No mediation. Please explain in details. Thank you.
Great video and very well explained. I understood that there are two different methods of testing a mediation analyses. What I did not understand is when to use which one. What are the pros and cons of each method.
Thanks for the explanation, but can I ask which one should I use I have 3 independent variables, one mediating variable, and one dependent variable, the multiple linear regression or the PROCESS? and if I use the process one, do I need to repeat 3 times as i have 3 IVs? Thank you
Hi, thanks for explaining. But what does it mean when you say there is no zero when looking at mediation results? I have a minus number and a positive number for my bootLLCI and BootULCI? Thanks!
If you have one negative and one positive number for your interval, then it mean Zero is there in the interval and we will conclude that the impact is insignificant. To be significant, both LLCI and ULCI should be positive or both should be negative.
Very encouraging comments that has made mediation studies explorable easy in social sciences

In this video, I have shared the details:

How do you deal with control variables here? Do you have to insert the control variables as block 1 every time?
Yeah, exactly.

Dear Jawad. Thank you for your comment. I will try to cover it in upcoming videos.

Both are correct, but through Process Macro is contemporary method.
The Sobel test option is not available now in the process macro. does it automatically included in the macro itself
Actually it is no more required.
@@researchandanalysis4701 why so? can u please explain? is it because we can know it from ULCI and LLCI?
Thanks for the tutorial video, it's really helpful! I had a question, how to using quadratic variable (ex: gdp^2) in Macros PROCESS? Thank you

In your case, if you want to use SPSS, then it will be better to use Process. Personally i prefer smart-PLS for such models.
How to know which independent variables can be included in mediation analysis?
It is theory and literature that guide you to take a variable as mediator.
Well explained:)
Thank you Nouman.

@@researchandanalysis4701 thanks so much! I understand now. Your video has helped a lot
@@jodie7785 My pleasure.
If it partially mediates the relationship of iv and dv, the hypothesis is still accepted?
yeah, the hypothesis will be still considered as approved.
@@researchandanalysis4701 sir can you teach us modgraphs
can we still conduct mediation analysis if our correlations are insignificant?
If the dependent variable is in interval or ratio scale, can We use process macro?
Can you share link of this data set?
Where can I get it?
Sorry, data cant be shared.
What are the three conditions of Hayes and preacher? Pls answer me huhu
Please explain moderation model also

How to install macro?
Here you can watch the complete process. Good luck. ruclips.net/video/2RbkGBh_6rU/видео.html
