if the mediator is specified in the proposed hypothesis and there are other correlated variables in the model that not hypothesized as a mediator , should I test the mediation of this variable?
Positive or negative paths means the direction of relationship, whether or not the relationship between the variables is positive or negative. a*b means the indirect effect. You multiple the path coefficient (a) and path coefficient (b) to calculate the indirect effect.

The combined indirect effect is significant. The individual indirect effect for each mediating variables are not significant.
One suggestion, many times you wrote C (total effect) in mediating model when it should be C' (indirect effect).
