Hello, thank you so much for your videos. They are really clear and easy to follow. I was wondering if you have advice or a tutorial on how to run a moderated mediation analysis with a categorical moderator please? Thank you!
Hello, I have a question, how do you find the values of the Indirect relationship (OC->OL->OP), and all the values that are written in the first line of the second table from minute 11:45?
what about the mediation (or the indirect effect)? you mentioned it literally saying 'we still dont know about the indirect effect' around 9:40 and straight up skipped on to study the moderation on that indirect effect. But yea what about the indirect effect? what about the mediation? partial or full? anything?
For mediation, if both direct and indirect effects are significant, It is partial mediation. However, if only indirect effect is significant, it is full mediation.
Hey Fawad, Your videos are really intriguing and informative. My curious mind wants to know, have you published your paper on the said model (OC-RA-OL-OP). If yes, kindly help me with the link so that I can understand more and give credit to your research work as well.🙂
I appreciate this video sir. I have one question. i run Model 7. In my findings, the relationship between IV and Mediator is non significant. direct effect is significant and but index of moderated mediation is non significant. and at high level of moderator the Boot value LLCI & ULCI does not contain zero between them . is there still exist moderated mediation?
In simple terms if the index of moderated mediation has a 0 in between LL and UL, this is insignificant. Otherwise, moderated mediation is significant.
Hello, I am eternally grateful to you and all your videos. I was struggling with my dissertation until I found your tutorials. Can you please assist with the references for the above? Thank you so much.
much detailed analysis, clear explanations, helpful graphs, and so on. Thank u a lot ^^
Thanks. I am glad you liked it.
thank you so much. stay blessed. you make our research journey very easy.
Thanks a lot. I am glad to know that the videos are helpful.
Sir your videos are really informative and helping, kindly share a video on model 15 (moderated mediation) as well.
Hopefully soon
Well explained. Thank you prof.
Glad it was helpful!

For indirect effect, see the value just above the index of moderated mediation where RA is 0.
Allah bless you.. it's very helpful

Actually, not yet. Papers on these variables are in process.
@@researchwithfawad All the best. And keep the good work going.

Sir, Would request to please use control variables and discuss the results again, that would be helpful !
Thanks for your interest. Hayes Macro doesn't allow control variables, but you can use Covariates (There are differences between the two)

Pleasure. I am glad you liked it. References?
Hello, what if X and the moderator are both category variables but nor continuous
The Process Macro does allow categorical predictor and moderator.
thx for the replying, and in this case all steps are same for the categorical predictor and moderatior righ?@@researchwithfawad
HI, where did those t statistics for indirect relation come from in the last table?
Thanks for watching. You can divide the Estimate (Indirect Effect) by Standard Error (SE). Yhis will give you the t-statistic.
@@researchwithfawad 🙏 Thanks, it was really helpfull
