Great tip to make iracing look better, but I am seeing a big FPS drop as well with the Nvidia filter. Should there be a FPS drop with using a filter? Seems strange. Are we doing something wrong?

Hey Thomas I followed your graphic videos now when I am inside the sprint car the dash is so shinny you can't read the digital gauge any clue what adjustment would effect that?
I've used the nvidia filters before with other games and even iracing before I got my new computer. After watching this video I went to enable it again on this new computer for my racing rig and I think iracing thinks I'm cheating or something? As soon as I hit alt F3 to bring up the overlay menu I get like 50 connection error messages and I'm disconnected from the session. My only option is to quit, withdraw and re-enter the session. But as long as the filter is turned on, I can't get back in to a session.

It might be easier to just turn off Heat Haze.
Good advice with the subtlety. I see some people discover the filters and then overdue it so it looks too colorful at the end.

Many people on the IR forum hate the Nvidia filters, personally I don't use them but good advice anyway
I use“auto hdr“ with win 11 (needs hdr monitors) and the program „re shade“.
That’s it, and the best you will get out of iRacing.
Doesn’t work for me. Brings up only 1 filter called sharpening. But the slider is grayed. Can’t adjust it. Sometimes it says iracing not supported.
Whenever I’ve tried the Nvidia filter it pops up but won’t let me do anything. Any ideas?

Nvidia game filter always bring a packet lost issue when online racing. Have you found a way to fix that issue?

Filters will not work for everyone sadly.... I have to roll back to a really old driver to get it to work
nvidia filters don't work unless you race on your main monitor.
nvidia filters don't work for me... says "needs a recognized game" to work
