I worked really hard on my hardflips for a while before I realized how to do them. I thought it was a trick that was impossible and only for the pros. lol when I learned them I was so hyped, I told my older brother I learned how to do hard flips. He always use to try them when he skated. I Felt so proud that I could do them now and that I could show him.
I love this trick and I hope that my perspective on how to do them is helpful for you guys and sparks that click in your head to help you understand how to do this trick.

Will try this trick tips. I have landed fs flip so far but having trouble with hard flip and my always landed on the ground instead on the board. The rotation of the board when I did hard flip is correct only to have to work on my landing.
Btw you should make your own master class with your skill bro
