I'm a coeliac and I'm never able to find a gluten free dark soy sauce product here in Ireland.
Do you know of any alternative?

You can skip soy sauce if you could not find it. Dark soy sauce is mainly used in the Asian for the colour. Light soy sauce can be substitute with salted water. Thank you so much for watching Macartan.
