Nice points, but you missed the main branding label (tag) on the inside - one with the Indian (Native American) head: it is high quality/detailed, has "DIESEL * ONLY THE BRAVE * DIESEL" in a semi-circle around the head, immediately below left says "SIZE" and right has 2-digit size number. Along the bottom of the tag is metallic thread which appears to be small squares, but if you look very closely the squares will include letters spelling DIESEL. Nothing else should be on the tag...no other text or numbers. That tag is a dead give-away on fakes. Also, within the tags behind having materials and wash instructions, you will find text of "MOD" that will be followed by the model / style name of that particular jean. It should match the interior waist label (as you show there should be one). Some fakes are very well done, but many are not and with the information shown in your video and what I mention above consumers should be able to spot them.
older indian head tags will have same color (white, cream, (or blue about 2001 and 2002) numbers embroidered in the top 1/4 of the tag. also, older ones don't have the ironed-on waist label.
older Diesel's don't have the ironed on waist tag. you also completely failed to mention that the silver foil line on the indian head tag, when viewed with a magnifying glass, will clearly show "D I E S E L" on it.
@@VoiceOfPeopleToday do you wash ur jeans or just spray them? I saw only to spray them and put them outside or let them dry, or to put them in the freezer(thats what i did yesterday) for 1 day. Im not sure if this is the right way
I simply wash them. Diesel uses qualitative cotton which can endure several washes and still look pretty solid even after a couple of years. Let me know about the results of the spray and freeze method. I am curious....may make a video about it :)
you may still be ok. you may have older Diesels. check the manufacture date (DATA) on the second tag, where MOD (model name, the cut of the jeans), ART or LAV (color of the wash) , and LAB (appearance treatment; stone wash, distressed, rust, faded, etc,) are also listed. just google your model to see other examples and compare them. if you're gonna buy Diesels online, ask seller to post up close pics of the indian head tag and the second tag to see the manufacture date. there are databases out there you can check them against too. so if it shows a certain model but with a date that they were not being made, you know it's a counterfeit.
Ok. Oh Boy! Where should i start? I' ve been worring so much because of my diesel jeans! So now i know, bought few pairs original diesels jeans. Not fakes, oh no! Oh sweet Jesus! Even not i don't give a fuck because, like the jeans i have. Don't see any reason not wearing this making my Polish ass so fancy jeans, even fake. Amazing music by the way:) Bravo!;0 Clap, clap....
