I do this routine in the morning when I wake up. I have arthritis in addition to sciatica, and I absolutely have to stretch before getting up. This really helps.

I had the worst sciatica flair up ever last night. I was close to tears. I am 67 years old and suffer from stenosis and herniated disks in lower spine. this wall exercise has proved useful in the past. I found your you tube this AM. After relaxing with some THC oil ( first time in years) I was finally able to move enough to follow this video. Ah sweet relief. your energy and the vibe of this vid is healing. thank you.

I am in the process of moving and have not been able to yoga since over a week now. Had a terrible back and could not even bend link 20 minutes ago. This yoga routine and I can bend now 😀. Pain is reduced as well. Sarah Beth thank for all you do.

Is this good for people with slipped disc in lumbar low back?
Very. I could write the book on slipped discs. I have slipped my entire lumbar spine plus right hip at one point or another over the last 15 years (and not one at a time. It was multiple at once. Chiropractor has been on speed dial.) I started doing yoga this month. I have done so much better. Ice, then TENS unit right away after yoga are hugely helpful as well. I just introduced my hubby to this video. I do a 30 minute version now, but started with this one.
After doing this my neck is strained now. What can I do?
