Marek always keeps a very suitable balance between simplicity to play around, without forgetting to add some advanced bits and pieces to make it more complex and real interesting - what a nice sophisticated FX synth this is.
I think this update is so much fun. I honestly hope folk don’t pressure this dev into overly complicating updates…I’ve used your advice since getting Koala. “Record the C note” after that the world’s your oyster. I hope you guys are ok from this storm y’all are having!
samplers had four major revolutionary iterations if I understand it correctly: legacy (casio, e-mu), computer software (DAWs, Kontakt), Roland SP404, and Koala Sampler
Koala v1 was iPad game-changer. Dont forget that. Just sampling your voice, looping / sequencing, & tweaking. Add in Samurai & now this -- its becoming a real heavy hitter. Id say Koala is a great add for any iOS musician & also super fun for kids too! My workflow was Drambo with Koala, which never disappoints! Innovative sound creation experiences!!
Along with my recent discovery of how much more intuitive Koala flows with physical knobs (SMC pad pairs amazingly well), and my want to learn the basics of synth design (lots of dabbling on a few different plugins) - and a NanoKey Studio that feels like a perfect companion to the Quokka addition… I am SUUUUUPER stoked to dive into this this weekend!! First time I might be pulled away from Loopy Pro for any serious production since I got it almost 2yr ago!! Thanks for the amazingly timely tutorial to go along with it!
Thank you Doug always interesting your videos! I studied the new integrated synth, it's fun but it just lacks an important detail (fine tuning) same thing for a MolliLooper plugin that I like a lot. in short, thanks again for your work and for the rest
Koala is incredible as it is wow
That is so cool. I love these updates Koala gets every once in awhile

Thank you Doug. This synth is another great enhancement of Koala. Possibilities for creating drones and pads...
Yes, brilliant update.
@TheSoundTestRoom hope you're weathering the storm ok. It's pretty windy this side of the Tamar!
@ We are OK so far but it’s very very windy here too
The app is coming along nicely.
Growing stronger as time goes by - thanks! 🙏🏼
Excellent 🎉best to u & Jo & elf audio

Marek is gonna be a force to be reckoned with in music/tech industry, he kinda is already
Nice, this opens up even more possibilities in koala… maybe layering a sample and the synth would be cool 😎

Excellent tutorial, thanks!!
Koala-Sampler is getting better and better. I just bought some great samples from DMT for it.

The more this updates, the more it gets closer to becoming a great all rounder. Not bad for it's sampling beginnings.

Wow, this makes it so much more powerful! Cool beans!
Elf audio one of the best IOS devs out there
One of the best devs you mean.

Great update!
@@ColinPowell_AMultitudeofOne It is😊
I would have gladly kicked in a few more bucks for this. Free works, of course. But wow
Add sample loading. Key group type of deal

Wake me when they include a wavetable synth that lets you lock the phase of the oscillators.
