Southern prepper1 sent me to your channel. I already watched all the cabin building videos. Very informative. I appreciate them. Now I have chores to do.
SP1 sent me. New sub. Enjoy your videos, sir. Old school craftsmanship wow!!! 💯I'll watch them all and get caught up once it rains again. Been waiting on a few good days in a row to work on some projects here on the compound, so I need to get back outside. Later brother.
Great question! Manufactures of osb require a 1/8" gap. This is because the sheets will swell some as humidity fluctuates. If you don't leave the gap you will get some bucking (rising) at the seam of the sheets. depending on your siding and roofing this can cause some serious issues.
Thanks for the sub! Currently the kits run$18,000. If you are within a 100 miles of us we don't charge shipping. I just have to note that we don't list the price online because material costs have been changing at such a rapid rate that we found it is easier to speak with people directly. So pricing is subject to change up to the date of ordering.
I love seeing the kids helping!!
