What is the best trainer for Hyrox? Sub 67min mens open

What is the best shoe to run a Hyrox in?
I've run 6 hyrox races in 2 years, 3 mens singles, 3 mens doubles (one of those at worlds in Manchester in 2023) and I've worn 4 different pairs of trainers.
Is it the highly endorsed Puma Nitros or perhaps a wide variety from Nike?
What sole is best?
How much support do you need in the ankle?
Is the material breathable?
