- Looking to cool off while exploring the city of Makassar? Check out the Bugis Waterpark Adventure! This is an excellent place for families. After a full day of site-seeing and eating delicious food, we decided to take the kids to the Bugis waterpark! We loved the slides, the kid's area, and the foam party! You have to try the SCARIEST water slide ever! We dare you! We missed out on the lazy river, but it looked amazing. Ask to see if they have any promotions; it only cost $3.50 USD for each of us - the best $3 we have ever spent. FYI, Karasa Sunda is the Sunda restaurant. Sunda is one tribe that located in West Java, the place that famous for it's food, culture and nature. I recommend you to visit to Bandung, west java

As Makassar in east part of Indonesia.. the city has huge INDOOR FUN PARK named TRANS STUDIO.. it will be so much fun for the kids, another destination around BANTIMURUNG WATERFALL with Butterflies park & GEOPARK ancient cave nearby

Unfortunately Trans Studio Indoor Park is closed some times ago, and only the Mall is operating right now, it is expanding with new building tho.

I once went there couples year ago before the pandemic, it definitely got a new slide/s, and it was pretty alive with all the slide open and more customers. Hope that's the "pretty empty & closed slide" are only temporary, cause it is a pretty good waterpark.

In Jakarta the entrance cost minimum 150.000 Rupiahs per person for water park like that, and some areas closed usually because of less staff available rather than Ramadhan, coz people still working in Ramadan

Did you know that the word boogeyman might comes from "bugis" man. Bugis people are known as tough sea farers and pirates. They raided the british colonial ships in the region thus being feared as notorious pirates. The Bugis actually discovered Australia and traded with the aborigenese long before James Cook arrived in Australia.

You should visit Bantimurung, the pre historic national park sir. If you still have plenty of time then i suggest you to go to Tanjung Bira. The Southern most part of South Sulawesi. It is a really beautiful white sand beach with a great scenery. But you have to bargain cleverly because the local often uping the price for foreigner. And also always prepare for your google translate apps, because it is really hard to find english spoken person here at South Sulawesi.

it's because of Ramadhan they have rotation of staff, not full staff so the ride's open time take turn irregularly, hopefully you come visit again on normal month and try all the ride
