This part two workout, targeting the osteoporosis demographic, I am bringing in a small ball and light to medium resistance band for extra focus on hip strengthening. I have osteoporosis, and was told that you cannot do any side flexion of the spine, like you did with the Mermaid exercise near the end. Is that exercise safe for osteoporosis?
If you were advised by your doctor not to do lateral flexion then definitely stick with that!
