I am new to garfishing but the few times I have been Ive found if they are around they will show up within minutes of berleying up. If they dont then its time to move spots until you find them

Nice one! What model Beefsticks do you use for beach/rock fishing?

Now we use shimano rod and shimano sedona reel. Nothing fancy!
