My two Favorite specialties were Gastroenterology and Urology in med school but I chose Gastroenterology eventually . I recommend people to become Urologists good lifestyle and Compensation. Also lots of interventions like cystoscopies and PCNL . Very excellent choice .

I think you said you were going to do an episode on circumcision, pro, con. Please touch on phimosis and adult circumcision. I was 26, (1981) should have been done long, long before then. At some point can you talk about Vasectomy. Any relationship between vasectomy and prostate cancer or E. D. There is a quite the debate out here.

Please make a video about ejaculation problems - as in when the semen goes backward into the bladder instead of coming out properly. What can be done? Why is ejaculation sometimes painful? Also, what are the causes of chronic testicular pain beyond the obvious? I think the world needs a lot more female urologists, especially in the U.S.A. People think I'm a pervert because I want a woman urologist, but I have C-PTSD and can't stand to be touched by men.

I was thinking perhaps an engineering Degree (along with all the Chem and Bio) might work as it may help with designing Urologic Products down the road!! .....You sort of mentioned Doctors who were engineers doing that very thing.
